Escorted new employees to orientations assembled, equal employment opportunity (EEO) packages for new employee orientations, ordered and maintained the inventory of Human Resource forms and disks for new employee orientations which were mailed to the Bureau of Public Debt.
Delivered the Secretary and Presidential commissions and sent them through the proper channels, including the Human Resource Senior Executive Service team, maintained employee performance files and processed the separation employee performance files need to send to Bureau of Public Debt
Delivered the Human Resource documents to Assistant Secretary for Management under the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Human Resources and return the Human Resource documents to Office of Human Resources.
Typed correspondence, reports and other similar material using Microsoft Office Suite, obtained and reviewed incoming correspondence into categories and distributed them to the appropriate units.
Received phone calls from investigators and/or customers need to request electronic official personnel folders as well as similar material that meet the Bureau of Public Debt standards. Utilized SharePoint must needs to update Human Resource content on the internet.
